Delivery

DISPATCH

All orders are dispatched by us via Royal Mail in the UK. Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of your order.

We are able to confirm that orders are shipped out daily throughout the week and typically take 1-3 days to be dispatched, during particularly busy periods it may take up to a week. In each case, thank you very much for your patience!

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, sometimes these go into spam or junk folders.

 

UK

There are two shipping options at checkout:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – next-day delivery aim with full tracking after dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – 2-3 working days delivery aim with full tracking after dispatch.

The options we offer are both tracked as most of our pieces are unique and couldn't be duplicated. You will receive a tracking number which will update throughout the journey. 

Royal Mail will not class an order as lost until it’s been at least 10 working days since the dispatch date, please allow that time to pass before reaching out. It’s very rare that an order gets lost, but if it does go missing send me an email and I’ll investigate it for you. 

 

EUROPE 

There are two shipping options at checkout:

International Standard – 7 working days delivery aim after dispatch.

International Tracked – 7 working days delivery aim with full tracking after dispatch.

If you select a tracked shipping option at checkout, you will receive a tracking number which will update throughout the journey. If tracked shipping is not selected, your order will be sent untracked.

Royal Mail will not class an International Standard order as lost until it’s been at least 6 weeks since the dispatch date, please allow that time to pass before reaching out. It’s very rare that an order gets lost, but if it does go missing send me an email and I’ll investigate it for you.

Customs

Customers outside of the UK may have to pay import duties / customs charges upon receiving their order, I’m unfortunately unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges that may occur for overseas orders.

GENERAL INFO

  • Please ensure your shipping address, email address and phone number are all correct.
  • You will receive shipping confirmation once your order has been sent out (check spam and junk folders!)
  • If you have put an incorrect shipping address, please email us immediately, before your order is dispatched so that we can change it.
  • We are not able to refund an order if it’s been lost due to an incorrect address - hopefully it will get sent back to us, in which case we will contact you to ask if you’d like us to re-attempt delivery.

 

RETURNS

If you're not 100% happy with your purchase (e.g. clothing doesn't fit) please email us at flesh.dots@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we will contact you regarding the delivery address etc. We are not able to cover the price of shipping it back to us (unless it arrived damaged or faulty) due to this being a small business.
