ORDERS.

Can I track where my order is?

All the options we offer are tracked as most of our products are unique and cannot be duplicated.

When will my order be dispatched?

We are able to confirm that orders are shipped out daily throughout the week and typically take 1-3 days to be dispatched. During particularly busy periods it may take up to a week. In each case, thank you for your patience!

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. Please keep an eye on sometimes spam or junk folders.

Can I change my address?

If you have put an incorrect shipping address, please email us immediately, before your order is dispatched so that we can change it.

We are not able to refund an order if it’s been lost due to an incorrect address - hopefully it will get sent back to us, in which case we will contact you to ask if you’d like us to re-attempt delivery.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

The answer is yes! All of our packaging is 100% recyclable and biodegradable, the large majority is also compostable, reusable and made from recycled materials! 

Are your products ethically produced?

The answer is yes! We choose all our suppliers carefully and check that all of our products are ethically manufactured.

Why handpoke?

It’s true that many wonder why choosing handpoke over machine tattoos and the truth is that the spirituality of the procedure is a unique aspect that if you haven’t tried, you aren’t able to know. The spirituality and the connection are strong enough to create a one of a kind relationship with the individual, as long as there is faith and acceptance.

What materials are you using?

Specialized tattoo needles and our skillful hands in combination with vegan inks.

What info is necessary in order to book?

Please contact us and provide the following information with your enquiry:

  • A detailed description of your desired design or your inspiration for bespoke pieces
  • Approximate size and placement
  • Your budget

How to book an appointment?

Once we discuss and agree on the nature of your tattoo, a deposit of 20% is necessary to confirm your appointment.

*Please note that any deposits taken go towards the total cost of your tattoo and are fully refundable within 14 days in case you change your mind.

What happens if I want a custom design?

Our bespoke designs need extra time and they have a different cost from the already made flashes.

The initial consultation is free of charge so please contact us to get a personal quote.

As designing is an elaborate process that takes time, for bespoke designs we require a deposit of 50% (non-refundable) in order to start the design process.

After our initial consultation, we will present you a few alternative sketches to choose from. Once the design is finalized and agreed on, we will then plan your appointment.

When do you update the store?

The store isn't updated in some specific time periods. Stay in touch with us and follow us on social media. Every update is published there.

 

All of our artwork is automatically protected under UK Copyright laws. This includes: copying our work, distributing copies of it, whether free of charge or for sale, making an adaptation of our work, putting it on the internet. Please respect our work and our designs, it is illegal to steal intellectual property, and can be a very stressful experience for small businesses like ourselves. Thank you!
